1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the KSA Learning Hub website and explain the general conditions for enquiries, admissions and learning services. KSA Learning Hub provides academic learning, skill development, digital learning, communication support, career guidance and mentoring through the centre in Lakhimpur Kheri.
Course-specific written admission terms, fee schedules and confirmed commitments also apply to enrolment. They must be provided before you commit to the relevant course or payment. Mandatory legal rights take priority over any conflicting term. These website terms do not create consent for unrelated marketing or student publicity; see our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
Provide accurate contact and admission information and use only documents you are entitled to share. Notify the centre if essential details change. Admission is subject to the relevant course’s eligibility, available seats, document checks where necessary and confirmation by KSA.
For a student under 18, a parent or legal guardian must participate in enrolment and approve applicable commitments and permissions. A minor is not expected to enter a binding admission contract independently. Account access must follow instructions given to the student and guardian.
3. Enquiries and admission confirmation
Submitting an enquiry, opening WhatsApp or viewing a program does not reserve a seat, confirm admission or guarantee a quoted price. Admission is confirmed only after the centre confirms the program, eligibility, fee arrangement and required enrolment steps.
Before enrolling, ask for the course content, duration, delivery format, schedule, total fees and instalments, included materials, any additional charges, certificate conditions and cancellation terms. Keep the confirmation and receipts. Do not rely on an unofficial agent or a promise that the centre has not confirmed.
4. Fees, payment and receipts
Pay only using methods or accounts confirmed by KSA. The centre’s written fee schedule governs amounts and due dates, including any agreed discount. Additional charges must be explained before the related service is accepted. A discount does not change other terms unless agreed in writing.
The website currently records fee transactions and receipts for administration; it does not provide an online card checkout. A portal entry alone is not proof that a bank or UPI transfer succeeded. Keep the transaction reference and centre-issued receipt and report discrepancies promptly. Never share a payment PIN, OTP or banking password.
Correcting or cancelling an entry in the administrative fee ledger does not by itself return money. Any refund requires a separate confirmed refund process. Concerns about unpaid amounts or disputed receipts should be raised with the centre before further payment.
5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Contact the centre as soon as you wish to cancel or withdraw, identifying the student, course, payment receipt and reason. Obtain a written acknowledgement and refund calculation where a refund is due.
The course-specific cancellation terms disclosed before enrolment will be considered alongside applicable law, services actually provided and the unused part of the course. Any deduction must be reasonable and supported by the written terms disclosed in advance; there is no blanket waiver of refund rights in these website terms.
If KSA cancels a course or cannot provide the agreed service, the centre will discuss a suitable alternative or a refund for the unprovided portion, subject to applicable rights. A replacement course or credit requires your agreement. No universal refund percentage or processing deadline is advertised here; request the applicable written terms before paying. This does not limit any refund or remedy required by law.
6. Schedules, attendance and course changes
Students should attend scheduled sessions, follow classroom instructions and inform the centre about absences. Conditions for assessments, make-up sessions, access to learning materials and certificates depend on the confirmed course terms.
The centre may need to change a tutor, classroom, batch timing or delivery arrangement for operational reasons, holidays or events outside reasonable control. We will communicate material changes and discuss reasonable alternatives where an agreed service is substantially affected. An operational change does not remove remedies available for a service that is not provided.
7. Learning outcomes and certificates
Learning progress depends on factors including participation, practice, starting ability and external assessment requirements. Unless a specific commitment is confirmed in writing, KSA does not guarantee marks, examination results, admission to another institution, employment, salary or placement.
A course-completion certificate is not automatically a government-recognised qualification or an accreditation. Ask the centre for the issuing body, recognition status and eligibility before enrolment. Career guidance supports your decisions; it does not replace an institution’s or employer’s own eligibility requirements.
8. Student conduct and account security
Be respectful to staff and other learners. Harassment, cheating, violence, damage, unlawful conduct, impersonation, unauthorised recording or disruption of classes is not permitted. Report a safety or conduct concern to the centre.
Keep login credentials private; do not share accounts, bypass access controls or attempt to view another person’s records. Notify us promptly if an account may have been compromised. Access may be restricted to address a security or serious conduct issue; where appropriate, the centre will explain the reason and allow a response. Any fee consequence remains subject to the disclosed admission terms and applicable law.
9. Learning materials and student media
Website branding, text and learning materials belong to KSA or their respective owners. Use course materials for your authorised personal learning. Do not redistribute, sell, publicly upload or commercially reuse materials or class recordings without permission, except where law permits.
Students retain their rights in their own work. Joining a course does not grant KSA unlimited publicity rights over student work, photographs, videos or testimonials. Any identifiable publicity use requires a separate permission for the stated purpose, including parent/guardian permission for minors.
10. Website availability and external services
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but outages, maintenance and technical errors can occur. Verify important admission and fee information with the centre. Report an error rather than relying on a price or commitment that is clearly mistaken.
The site links to WhatsApp, maps and other external websites or notice destinations. Their operators control those services and their terms. KSA cannot control an external provider’s availability or independent data practices. Use external links with care and check the destination before sharing information or making a payment.
11. Responsibility and legal rights
Use the website and services lawfully. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. KSA is not responsible for an external outcome merely because it offered guidance, but remains responsible for commitments it makes and obligations that law imposes.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, authorises an unfair deduction, or prevents a complaint or remedy before a competent authority. There is no blanket “no liability” or “no refund” provision.
12. Complaints and disputes
Raise a concern with the KSA Learning Hub team, giving the student or enquiry reference, relevant dates, receipts and the resolution requested. Avoid sharing passwords or unrelated identity documents. We will review the matter and respond within applicable legal timelines.

These terms are governed by Indian law. If a dispute is not resolved with the centre, either party may approach a court or other competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable law. You do not waive statutory remedies or have to use an exclusive venue that law does not require.
13. Updates to these terms
The effective date above identifies this version. We may update website terms for changes in services or legal requirements and communicate material changes as appropriate. An update does not retrospectively remove an agreed admission commitment, earned refund or legal right. Changes to an existing enrolment require the agreement or notice that the applicable terms and law require.
